Contact
Book an appointment, or just ask us something first.
You do not need a referral and there is nothing to fill in beforehand. Online booking opens soon, so for now ring us and we will find you a time, and if you are not sure whether we can help, ask and we will tell you honestly.
Booking online — opening soon
Our diary opens soon. Be the first to know.
Online booking is on its way. Once it opens you will be able to pick a time that suits you and have it confirmed there and then, evenings and weekends included. Leave your details and we will tell you the moment the diary opens.
If you would rather book over the phone, ring us and we will find you a time. We cannot look at a foot down a telephone, so where something needs seeing, the appointment itself is the quickest way to get a proper answer.

Getting here
Parking, access and arriving.
Parking
Free parking at the Tesco right next door, less than a minute's walk. No meter, and no walk from a distant car park, which matters when your feet are the reason you are coming.
Coming with someone
There is room for somebody to come in with you, and they are welcome to stay for the appointment if that makes it easier.
When you arrive
Come in and take a seat. There is no reception desk to check in at and no forms to fill in on arrival, because we do that part together in the room.
Send a message
Ask us anything before you book.
If you would rather write than ring, this comes straight to us. It is a good way to ask whether we can help with something, what an appointment would involve, or whether a home visit is possible where you live.
We reply by email, usually the same working day. If it is urgent, or if it is a wound, a hot swollen foot or anything that has changed quickly, ring us instead of writing.
Please keep it general
Do not send medical details or photographs through this form. We will ask about all of that properly when we speak, where it can be recorded safely.
Send us a message
We will come back to you by email, usually the same working day.
Before you book
If you have not seen a podiatrist before.
No. You can book directly, there is no waiting list, and you do not need a reason beyond wanting your feet looked at.
£35 for thirty minutes, and the same for a first appointment as for any other. There is no new patient fee and no separate consultation charge. Home visits are £55.
There is nothing here we have not seen many times before, and nobody is going to comment on the state of anything. Feet that have been left a while are the ordinary business of the day.
Then we will tell you so. If there is nothing to do, or if it is something for your GP instead, we will say it plainly and you will not be booked back in for the sake of it.
Podiatrist and chiropodist are protected titles. This practice is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council under CH33662 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry. You can look the number up on the HCPC register yourself, and we would rather you did than take our word for it.
A list of your medication if you take any, and the shoes you wear most days. That is all. If you have diabetes or take a blood thinner, tell us when you book so we can allow for it.
